Founded by Jeremy Norton & Katie Walker, Kibian grew from a simple belief: that meaningful change starts with empathy, not code.
With over 50 years of combined experience across digital strategy, design, AI, data insights and community building, our team is global in reach but local in heart. From Barcelona to London to Adelaide and beyond, we’re here to help people connect to change, not fear it.
The Meaning Behind the Name ‘Kibian’
“Kibian” comes from ancient Mandarin, where “Ki” means the key, and “Bian” means to change – specifically, to change in a transformational way. Together, they represent more than just a name: they express our belief in unlocking the path to true, meaningful change.
